Will it actually sound like a real person?+

Yes — human-likeness is mandatory, not a paid upgrade. Every agent on the default stack uses prosody-aware TTS with code-switching and sub-800ms latency. If a provider combination can't meet both the cost ceiling and the human-likeness bar, we don't offer it as a default.

What's the catch with ₹2–3/min?+

There isn't one. The default stack (Sarvam STT + Sarvam Bulbul TTS + Groq/Sarvam LLM + Exotel/Knowlarity telephony) is cost-engineered to land within the ceiling. Our Cost Governor service blocks any deploy that would exceed ₹3/min.

Can I use my own number?+

Yes. Connect an existing number/SIP trunk, or buy a new one through the wizard (Twilio, Vonage, Exotel, Knowlarity). The phone-number cost is shown separately and explicitly.

How does outbound work?+

Upload a CSV (or sync your CRM), set a calling window, daily call cap, and retry rules. We respect do-not-call lists automatically. You see live campaign progress in the dashboard.

Where does my data live?+

Recordings and transcripts stay inside your deployment's own storage by default. Nothing is sent to third parties unless you explicitly pick a cloud provider in Advanced Mode.
